Gudrun and Jay's Charlotte Wedding

photographer's notes - for Gudrun and Jay's wedding day, we had a buffet
of weather conditions; sun, overcast, sprinkle, downpour, a hailstorm (and
a post ceremony rainbow!).

our March couple from Washington DC smiled through it all and by the time
we rendezvoused at the Morehead Inn for the reception, the skies cleared
for some beautiful late day portraits. the main parlor made for an
elegant backdrop for the first dance and the toasts.
